22 year old Lucy has been wind surfing since the age of 10 so that many of her water board skills have become second nature to her.

Educated in Wales, Lucy is bilingual in Welsh & English and currently
studying for a BSc in Sports Sciences at the University of Wales Institutein Cardiff.  Lucy finds her degree useful to her career in wind surfing as she constantly applies her studies to analysis of her performance in championships.

Lucy’s long term goal is to compete in the 2008 Olympics representing Britain and Wales should there be a Formula wind surfing class included at that time.
  
In the short term Lucy is determined to finish her degree and constantly fine tune her existing wind surfing skills to become ever more professional whilst achieving even higher standards.
Lucy has all the qualities required for success, she has an intelligent and competitive personality combined with the drive, enthusiasm and determination to succeed in her chosen sport.
